First Week of the Spring Break Bikini Challenge!

I started a challenge before Thanksgiving with several ladies to get us through the holidays! I lost 12 lbs in that first challenge and was SO super stoked about it! Before that challenge was over there was already talk about after New Years starting another one to get us "bikini" ready! :-) I was so down for it because I'm ready to be fit, feel good about myself, and all around look good. The first challenge started January 22nd. Our first weigh-in was this past Sunday. I lost 3.8 lbs in one week! I'm so pumped about the weight loss. I'll take any kind of weight loss, but 3.8 lbs in one week is "Biggest Loser" worthy I think. LOL My goal is to be 140 lbs by Bryce's 4th birthday (June 5th). I've been counting my calories and just started going to Planet Fitness for about a month now. I'm actually starting to like going to the gym because it's "me" time. I'm working on myself so I can be a better mother, wife, and friend. Brad has been so encouraging and tells me everyday how "skinny" I'm getting! I love it and love him for giving me the ability to do it! He's my number one supporter. The ladies in the group are amazing and we encourage each other every day! I love reading their posts on our Facebook group. I can't wait to see what next week's weigh-in holds! Stay posted. :-)
